• I am not a puppy farmer.
• I will discuss the suitability of the new homes for my puppies.
• I will show all puppy buyers the mother of the litter.
• I provide a sales receipt, detailing responsibilities of the buyer and seller.
• I will provide the puppy buyers with information about socialisation, exercise, training, feeding, worming, immunisation, and responsible dog ownership.
  I will provide on-going after sales advice.

Puppy Searcher - Essential Considerations

• Never buy your puppy on impulse. Your new puppy will quickly become a much loved member of the family. You must select the right breed for you and your family.
• The bonus of selecting a pure bred dog is that they generally have predictable
  characteristics, temperament and needs.
• All puppies are cute and cuddly, but as adults they may not be suitable for your family life, for this very reason many dogs sadly end up in rescue centres and need re-homing, even put to sleep!
• Please Choose carefully to help us stop this from happening, be a responsible dog owner.
  You must seek veterinary advice with regard to the possible health issues relating
  to your chosen breed, also find out costs of immunisation & micro-chipping.
• We strongly recommend Pet Insurance.

Questions to discuss with the breeder:

• Will this breed suit my home & family’s needs?
• How often will the dog need grooming or clipping?
• How do they get along with other animals?
• How do they get along with children?
• How much exercise do they require?
• How long can they be left alone at home?
• How much socialisation and training is required?
• How big will he get when matured?
• How protective will he be?
• What possible health problems might this breed develop?
• What registration documents does the puppy come with?
  

Other considerations

• When you go to view the puppies check that the mother of the puppies is available.
• Always obtain a sales receipt, detailing responsibilities of the buyer and seller, and any pedigree or registration documents.
• It is ‘you’ the buyer's responsibility to view and vet vendors and to be totally satisfied with their intended purchase prior to entering into a contract or sales transaction with the vendor, after seeking specialist veterinary advice and investigating fully the suitability of the breed.
• We run strict members only policy and to view the contact information of adverts you are required to upgrade your membership and pay £3.00 for 3 breeds, strictly no refunds are given.
• We do not guarantee a response from breeders & we do not take responsibility for out-of-date adverts, some breeder’s may refuse to sell you a puppy, these are at the breeder’s discretion.

All users of this site

• It is your responsibility to ensure a valid email address is provided in your records, any members who does not maintain a valid email address will have their membership cancelled and all details removed. If you have forgotten your username or password please contact us, please Do Not re-join. Take all reasonable steps to keep you username and passwords confidential and secure.
• Advertisement copy shall be legal, truthful, honest and decent, and shall comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority and shall comply with the requirements of current legislations.
• ‘You’ agree to use ukpuppyweb.com only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of other members or user of this web site. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing, causing distress or inconvenience to any person/member. Refund Policy

No refunds will be permitted. In exceptional circumstances we may extend the service time allowed, but this is purely at our discretion. No refunds will be permitted on any of the subjects mentioned in any part of this User Agreement. No puppy buyer refunds will be given.

Privacy

Ukpuppyweb.com reserve the right to give your contact details to official bodies if we feel misconduct has occurred - our prime importance is the welfare of the animals and our members. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, you acknowledge that in the course of registering and using this web site and web services, certain personal information or data about you will be stored on our database, by accepting the User Terms you expressly agree to transfer such information and data for us to use and store, for the purposes of providing the services offered by this web site. Your membership gives you automatic free subscription to our information emails and newsletter.
